Ask questions about the building, get answers based on approved property information; access guidance on rules, amenities, processes, and general building details.

Access Control

The Access Control experience has been redesigned with a cleaner, more modern interface and easier access to key actions.

Guest access codes can now be generated automatically for eligible amenity bookings, helping simplify guest entry for amenities.

Valet Requests

Residents can now submit valet requests directly on the mobile app and track request status updates, with updated vehicle profile details that help support the request process.

Valet requests are now easier to submit, organize, and manage through one connected experience.

General Info Module

The General Info section gives residents a central place to find important building and property contact details.

Booking & Calendar

‍

‍

The Booking Calendar has been redesigned to make reservations easier to view, filter, and manage, including Day, Week, and Month views, colour-coded booking statuses, filters by amenity and booking status, and an updated detailed booking view.

Announcements

‍

‍

The Announcements module have been improved with an updated interface and announcement editor, a separate view for scheduled announcements, and easier document selection when attaching files.
