Our May 2026 update is now live.
We have introduced a number of new & improved features, including a brand new module: Classifieds.
Module Overview
The redesigned and renamed Module page features updated descriptions and a synchronized navigation structure to ensure total consistency between the main dashboard and the side menu.
A critical backend fix aligns the module page with the side menu, ensuring the list of available tools remains identical across both views.
Additionally, the removal of legacy discrepancies ensures a predictable user experience, making it easier to locate and launch specific modules regardless of the chosen navigation path.
Document Library Module
The redesigned Document Library introduces a category-based organization system to streamline file management and resource accessibility.
New organizational tools allow for the creation of distinct folders and categories, enabling faster file sorting and more precise search results.
Host files directly within the Document Library, and customize the recipients on a per-document basis, ensuring relevant resources reach the intended audience instantly.
Classifieds Module
Introduction of the Classifieds module which will enable residents to post listings for various items and articles including parking spots and locker spaces.
Offering a dedicated marketplace platform enables residents to create, manage, and browse listings for parking spots and lockers, fostering a secure community-based economy. The module restricts access to verified residents, ensuring all transactions and communications remain private and exclusive to the condo association.
Administrative tools provide oversight of active listings to maintain community standards and ensure compliance with building bylaws.
Roles
Further expanding on our platform, we have added three new user roles: Dependant, Board Member and Declarant.
Property Management can now invite users and select the above roles, granting them access to the Cybersuite X Platform.
