The Announcements module allows you to quickly view, create, and send important building-wide notifications to all residents.
The announcements module allows you to view, create and send building-wide announcements to your residents.
Select announcements.
You can view an existing announcement by selecting it from the list. To create an announcement, select New announcement.
To use an announcement template, select one from the side panel.
When creating a New announcement, first, select a category. Enable Include Pending Invites to send the announcement to residents that are still pending.
Next, add an Attachment.
When choosing the Recipients of the announcement, you can choose to send it to all residents in the building, to only specific floors, to specific users, or to a customized group of your choosing. Click select once completed.
Next, add an announcement Subject.
To schedule the announcement, add a specific date and time. To send the announcement immediately, do not set a date and time.
Finally, enter your announcement message here.
To save the current announcement as a template, select save as template.
Once completed, select Send announcement.
