How to Download the App

For iPhone Users (iOS)

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone.
2. In the search bar, type “Cybersuite X”.
3. Tap on the Cybersuite X app from the search results.
4. Press Download or Get and authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your
   Apple ID password.
5. Once installed, open the app and log in or create your account via your
   invitation.

For Android Users

1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
2. In the search bar, type “Cybersuite X”.
3. Tap on the Cybersuite X app from the search results.
4. Tap Install and wait for the app to download.
5. Once installed, open the app and log in or create your account via your
   invitation.

How to Sign Up & Create an Account

Access to Cybersuite X begins with an invitation from your property
management team. Follow the steps below to create your account:

1. Check Your Email - Once your property manager adds you to the system,
   you'll receive an email invitation from Cybersuite X.
2. Open the Email and click “Create Cybersuite X Account”.
3. Set Your Password - Enter a secure password and confirm it.
4. Agree to the Terms - Review and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy
   Policy.
5. Download the App (if you haven’t already) - Follow the instructions in the
   email to install the Cybersuite X app from the App Store or Google Play
   Store.
6. Log In - Open the app, enter your registered email and password, and
   start using Cybersuite X.

• If you haven't received an email invitation or your email isn’t recognized,
  contact your building management for assistance.
