How to Change Your Password

If You Are Logged In:

1. Open the Cybersuite X app.
2. Tap on the Profile icon, bottom-right corner of the home screen.
3. Tap the arrow beside “Account Profile”.
4. Select Change Password.
5. Enter your current password.
6. Enter a new secure password and confirm it.
7. Tap “Done”. Your password is now updated.

If You Forgot Your Password:

1. On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password?”.
2. Enter your registered email.
3. Check your email for a reset password email from
   welcome@cybersuitex.com
4. Follow the instructions to create a new password.
5. Log in on the app using your new password.

Tip:

• Use a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols for a strong
  password!
